We take data security seriously and design Vectorhaul so your operational data remains isolated, controlled, and private.
Vectorhaul is designed so each customer environment remains logically separate from every other customer environment. Your operational records are stored in a dedicated database boundary and are not pooled, blended, or commingled with another organization's data.
Where customers are subject to contractual confidentiality duties, privacy obligations, or sector-specific handling requirements, this separation supports a more defensible position than a shared data model that mixes records across tenants.
Access to company-generated insights is intended to remain under the customer's control. Insights, reports, and derived operational outputs created within your deployment are stored for use by your authorised personnel rather than exposed across the broader customer base.
Vectorhaul does not use your private data to train general models. We may utilise your data to generate embeddings and vectors to improve your experience across your data. This data is stored on the database assigned to you and these vectors and embeddings are not co-mingled with other customer's data.
For organisations handling proprietary operational methods, customer data, workforce records, or other restricted material, we can plan and implement further restrictions for internal and external personnel, as well as limited / custom agentic access.
Vectorhaul strives to achieve best practices in implementation, data handling and data storage. We also strive to ensure confidentiality of customer information, segregation of customer environments, restriction of access to unauthorised users, limitation on secondary use of private data, and governance controls that support oversight and traceability.
If have custom compliance, handling and storage requirements, please speak to you assigned Vectorhaul partner to discuss these requirements.
